Les Coachs Associés trains voice-over artists and needs someone to own their digital presence. You'll build community and drive web visibility for a niche training platform in the entertainment space.
Your Mission
Establish consistent posting cadence across 3+ social platforms with 30%+ engagement rate increase
Audit and optimize WordPress site for SEO, implementing on-page improvements targeting 20+ keywords
Build community engagement protocol: respond to 100% of comments/DMs within 24 hours
Create 12+ original content pieces (mix of text, image, video) showcasing student success stories
Grow social following by 50%+ and establish monthly analytics dashboard tracking reach, engagement, conversion
Launch 2 community initiatives (challenges, webinars, or user-generated content campaigns) driving retention
Improve WordPress site speed, mobile experience, and implement basic conversion tracking
Develop content calendar system and style guide ensuring brand consistency across all channels

Comments + reactions divided by followers; target 3-5% on organic posts.

Monthly organic search + social referral visitors; track growth month-over-month.
