The Challenge

LaunchDarkly helps developers ship faster and safer with feature management. You'll own the West Coast field marketing strategy—driving pipeline, deepening customer relationships, and executing regional campaigns that actually move revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map West territory target accounts and verticals with sales leadership; develop prioritized account list aligned to pipeline goals

Plan and execute first field event or executive roundtable; establish baseline attendance and pipeline metrics

3

Build playbook for field-to-demand gen handoff; define campaign messaging and sales enablement materials for West teams

4

Establish reporting dashboard tracking pipeline generated, influenced, and program ROI across all field initiatives

By 6 Months
1

Execute 3-4 major field programs (events, executive roundtables, partner activations) generating measurable pipeline contribution

Drive $2M+ in attributed/influenced pipeline through field marketing programs

3

Establish quarterly business reviews with regional sales leadership showing marketing contribution to territory revenue plan

4

Scale top-performing programs and optimize underperforming initiatives based on ROI data
