The Challenge
Kronenbourg, France's #1 brewer and part of Carlsberg Group, is building smarter sales operations. You'll own the CRM backbone and reporting dashboards that drive the entire GMS sales force—turning messy data into actionable insights that move beer.
Your Mission
Audit and clean existing CRM data (customer, product, territory) to establish a single source of truth
Build 3-4 core dashboards (sales KPIs, territory performance, velocity tracking) for sales leadership
Master the CRM and reporting tools stack; document processes and data governance
Run your first analysis on sales performance by region/channel and present findings to the team
Own monthly reporting cycle: deliver clean, on-time dashboards to field and HQ
Design and launch 2+ analytical projects that improve sales efficiency (e.g., territory optimization, deal flow)
Migrate or enhance reporting from Excel to Power BI; automate at least one recurring manual report
Become the go-to person for CRM data quality and be the bridge between sales ops and the analytics lead

Percentage of clean, complete records across customer, product, and territory dimensions.
Dashboard Delivery On-Time %
Monthly reporting delivered by agreed deadline; target 95%+ reliability.
Sales KPI Accuracy
Variance between reported figures and actual performance; aim for <2% error margin.
Automation ROI
Hours saved per month from automated reports; target 10+ hours/month by month 6.

€16K-€22K gross/year
Remote
On-site: Boulogne-Billancourt (92), Paris metro. 1 day WFH/week allowed from month 2. Rhythm: 3 weeks on-site, 1 week school.

Is This Role For You?
- You're a Bac+4/5 student (Grande École or University) hunting real commercial analytics experience
- Excel is your comfort zone and Power BI/SQL are skills you want to deepen on the job
- You love data quality and spot inconsistencies the way others spot typos
- You thrive bridging sales ops and business leadership—curious, detail-obsessed, and comfortable with ambiguity
- You want pure remote; this is 100% on-site in Boulogne-Billancourt with commute expected
- You're allergic to manual data work; expect lots of Excel and CRM hygiene in month 1-2
- SQL and basic statistics intimidate you; technical comfort is non-negotiable
