The Challenge

Kovi is disrupting mobility in Latin America by making car access affordable for the 75% priced out of the market. You'll lead growth strategy across paid and organic channels while spearheading go-to-market expansion into new cities—combining data rigor with rapid iteration.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current customer acquisition funnel across all channels (paid, organic, referral) and establish baseline CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics by channel

Launch and optimize 3-5 A/B tests on top-performing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) with goal of 15-20% CAC reduction

Set up automated reporting dashboards in Metabase/SQL tracking daily KPIs and weekly performance reviews with leadership

Define and validate SEO/organic growth strategy with initial content roadmap and 2-3 quick wins (technical fixes, high-intent keywords)

By 6 Months

Scale profitable customer acquisition channels by 40-50% while maintaining or improving CAC efficiency targets

Launch go-to-market strategy for 2 new city expansions with localized paid/organic campaigns and cohort analysis validating unit economics

Build and operationalize HubSpot automation stack for lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion journey optimization

Establish SEO authority with 25+ quality backlinks and 10+ published assets driving organic traffic growth month-over-month

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track CAC by channel (paid media, organic, referral, partnerships) with goal of continuous optimization and benchmarking vs. LTV ratio.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Calculate and monitor LTV by cohort and acquisition channel to ensure sustainable unit economics across expansion cities.

Cost Per Lead & Conversion Rate

Monitor funnel conversion rates across touchpoints (landing page → qualification → purchase) to identify optimization opportunities.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure ROAS across paid channels (Google, Meta) with targets of 3:1+ to drive efficient scaling decisions.

Organic Traffic Growth & Ranking Progress

Track monthly organic traffic, keyword rankings for high-intent terms, and SEO contribution to overall acquisition mix.

Channel Mix & Attribution

Monitor contribution of each channel (paid, organic, referral, partnerships) to total conversions and revenue generated.
