The Challenge
Klox is a fast-growing digital agency across music, sports, and gaming. You'll own SEO strategy for a real portfolio of clients, from audit to reporting—building the organic growth engine that scales their business.
Your Mission
Complete and present 3-4 comprehensive SEO audits (technical, semantic, UX, performance) for priority client accounts
Build and document SEO strategy frameworks for 2 new client engagements with clear KPI targets
Master Klox's internal processes, tools, and client reporting templates; achieve fluency with Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
Identify and present 5+ quick-win optimization recommendations (on-page, technical, content) across portfolio with projected impact
Drive measurable organic growth: achieve 20%+ traffic increase for 2 core clients through on-site optimization and content strategy execution
Own content strategy lifecycle for 3 clients: brief creation, calendar management, optimization, and performance tracking
Build competitive intelligence reports with growth opportunities for each client; identify 10+ netlinking/authority-building initiatives
Contribute to Klox product roadmap: propose 2+ feature improvements to reporting platform or SaaS based on client feedback and operational learnings

Is This Role For You?
- You have 2-4 years proven SEO experience (agency or in-house) and can hit the ground running with technical and content strategy
- You're fluent in Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and basic HTML/CSS; you can interpret data and translate it into action
- You're proactive, curious, and organized—you want autonomy to own client strategy end-to-end, not just execute tasks
- You're motivated by measurable results and client relationships; you can present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- You're excited about music, sports, or gaming; you want to work in a high-growth, collaborative environment
- You need a fully remote setup; this role is hybrid in Paris and requires in-office collaboration

- You lack hands-on SEO experience or tool fluency; this role expects you to run audits and strategies independently from day one
