For You If
  • You're early-career and hungry to build foundational comms/PR skills in a high-growth, respected firm
  • You can translate complex consulting/economics ideas into clear, punchy messaging for multiple audiences

  • You love storytelling and want to build a brand narrative from the ground up as the firm scales globally
  • You're comfortable with metrics and can track what works; you iterate based on data, not gut feel
Won't Work If

  • You expect to own strategy day-one; this is execution-heavy with learning curve under Head of Communications
  • You're looking for a creative design role; this is comms ops and content fundamentals, not design-focused
  • You want guaranteed equity or significant variable comp; salary is modest for consulting firm mid-market role
