The Challenge
JPMorgan Chase owns 70+ million digitally-active customers across 6 lines of business. You'll lead product innovation for discovery and shopping experiences that drive new account growth across Chase.com and mobile-architecting the future of how customers find and select financial products.
Your Mission
Establish product vision and roadmap for growth experiences across digital channels, aligned with new account acquisition targets
Audit current discovery/shopping UX across 6 LOBs; identify quick wins and structural barriers to growth
Build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders (tech, design, data, research) and define success metrics for growth OKR
Coach product management team on customer-centric discovery methods and growth-first product development lifecycle
Launch 2-3 high-impact product features or experience enhancements tied to measurable account growth lift
Establish competitive differentiation in digital discovery vs. peers; implement personalization and agentic features roadmap
Own end-to-end performance dashboard tracking growth metrics by LOB, channel, and customer segment
Mentor product team to autonomously own their roadmaps and execute with minimal executive escalation

Conversion Rate (Prospect → Customer)
% of prospects who complete product selection and open accounts within 30 days.

% of 70M digitally-active users interacting with new personalization/agentic features.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
Net sentiment on discovery and product selection experience across channels.
Time-to-Product Launch
Cycle time from ideation to release; measured against JPM benchmarks.
