The Challenge

joborix.us is scaling bolthires+ subscriptions globally and needs a paid media strategist to own campaign performance across channels. You'll drive measurable growth through data-driven optimization in a fast-moving 3-month sprint with extension potential.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing paid media campaigns and establish baseline performance across all channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Implement analytics infrastructure and real-time dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics

Launch 3-5 optimized paid campaigns targeting high-intent subscription conversion segments

4

Achieve 20%+ improvement in paid media efficiency vs. baseline within first quarter

By 6 Months
1

Scale winning campaigns to 3x spend while maintaining or improving ROAS thresholds

Build predictive models for audience segmentation and bid optimization

3

Document and systematize playbooks for campaign scaling and budget allocation

4

Train internal team on analytics tools and optimization frameworks for post-contract handoff
