Accountabilities:

  • Set national growth strategy: Develop and execute the field sales and growth strategy, translating enterprise objectives into actionable plans that accelerate new-patient acquisition across markets.

  • Lead field sales organizations: Oversee regional and market-based sales teams, establishing clear objectives, performance expectations, and accountability for growth results.

  • Drive performance management: Monitor sales productivity, lead-funnel performance, acquisition metrics, and other key indicators to identify opportunities, address gaps, and continuously improve results.

  • Build strategic partnerships: Lead national relationships with FMOs, broker organizations, health plans, community organizations, retailers, and other strategic growth partners.

  • Develop local growth plans: Work closely with divisional and market leaders to create and execute market-specific strategies aligned with local opportunities and business priorities.

  • Oversee Sales Operations: Lead sales processes, onboarding and training, incentive compensation, CRM capabilities, reporting, analytics, and associate development programs.

  • Optimize growth investments: Use data and financial analysis to improve channel performance, resource allocation, customer acquisition costs, and returns on growth investments.

  • Manage resources and technology: Oversee workforce planning, budgets, sales-enablement investments, and growth-related technologies needed to support scalable execution.

  • Build high-performing leadership teams: Recruit, develop, and retain strong leaders while fostering a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance.

  • Support expansion: Contribute to new-market launches and broader growth and expansion initiatives, helping establish repeatable approaches for entering and scaling new markets.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Represent the Growth organization across enterprise initiatives and external partnerships, influencing stakeholders and aligning teams around shared objectives.

  • Enhance the consumer experience: Ensure growth strategies and sales practices support a strong, accessible, and consumer-centered experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Leadership experience: Significant progressive experience in sales, growth, sales operations, partnerships, or a comparable commercial function, including demonstrated success leading senior leaders and geographically distributed teams.

  • Field sales expertise: Proven track record leading a field sales or comparable go-to-market organization with responsibility for measurable growth outcomes.

  • Healthcare background: Significant experience within the healthcare industry and an understanding of the dynamics shaping healthcare growth and consumer acquisition.

  • Sales operations expertise: Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics, performance management, sales processes, training, and incentive structures.

  • Strategic partnerships: Experience developing and managing external relationships with organizations such as brokers, FMOs, health plans, call centers, community organizations, or other strategic growth partners is highly valuable.

  • Growth strategy: Demonstrated ability to use data, financial insights, and market intelligence to allocate resources and improve customer acquisition performance.

  • Scaling experience: Experience scaling a multistate sales organization, launching new markets, or leading organizational transformation is preferred.

  • Healthcare specialization: Experience with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, or senior-focused primary care is an advantage.

  • Transformation expertise: Experience with acquisitions, organizational integration, sales technology modernization, or process transformation is beneficial.

  • Executive leadership: Strong financial, analytical, communication, organizational, and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.

  • People leadership: Proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.

  • Consumer focus: Genuine commitment to improving the consumer experience and delivering growth strategies that support better outcomes.

  • Mobility: Ability to travel as required by business needs.

  • Remote-work readiness: Ability to work effectively from a dedicated home workspace and maintain a reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
