Accountabilities:
The Sr. Manager, Growth Campaigns will lead integrated demand generation initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue contribution across enterprise markets. This role requires ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting, while partnering cross-functionally to create impactful customer journeys.
Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels to generate qualified pipeline.
Translate product positioning and market insights into campaign strategies, defining target audiences, messaging, offers, channels, and success metrics.
Own campaign planning processes, including briefs, timelines, asset requirements, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.
Develop flagship campaign concepts with compelling narratives, offers, and creative direction in partnership with content and creative teams.
Manage campaign operations, including program setup, audience segmentation, workflow configuration, and quality assurance before launch.
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, nurture journeys, and lead management processes using relevant marketing technology platforms.
Partner with Marketing Operations to improve lead routing, attribution, reporting accuracy, and campaign scalability.
Drive pipeline performance by managing campaign goals, forecasting contribution, and optimizing programs throughout the funnel.
Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to align campaign strategies with buyer intent, outreach priorities, and revenue objectives.
Support account-based marketing initiatives by identifying high-value accounts and developing personalized engagement strategies.
Leverage intent signals and engagement data to prioritize accounts and improve campaign timing and effectiveness.
Manage digital channel execution across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, content syndication, SEO-aligned campaigns, webinars, and email programs.
Partner with regional teams to adapt global campaigns for different markets and audience segments.
Develop conversion-focused experiences, including landing pages, offers, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Build testing frameworks to improve messaging, audiences, offers, and channel effectiveness.
Use AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, reporting, and optimization.
Establish scalable campaign processes, documentation, and best practices to support continued growth.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B growth marketer with a strong background in integrated campaigns, demand generation, and revenue-focused marketing. They should combine strategic vision with hands-on execution skills and be comfortable managing complex campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and integrated campaign management.
Proven experience owning multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong understanding of enterprise marketing strategies, buyer journeys, and full-funnel demand generation.
Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, and stakeholder groups.
Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns within marketing automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, attribution, routing processes, and marketing data hygiene.
Experience partnering closely with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to achieve shared business goals.
Practical experience with intent-based marketing and account-based marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar marketing technology solutions.
Strong paid media expertise across channels such as paid search, LinkedIn advertising, display, retargeting, and content syndication.
Ability to manage campaign budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships while optimizing performance.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, personalization, analysis, and campaign performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams.
Experience creating integrated campaign strategies and owning programs from concept through execution.
Creative storytelling skills with the ability to shape messaging, offers, and campaign narratives.
