Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute segment marketing strategies that drive qualified demand, with a strong focus on accelerating growth across priority market segments.

  • Lead and mentor teams responsible for segment marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, and field enablement, fostering collaboration and high performance.

  • Define market positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products and solutions, ensuring consistency across campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align demand generation strategies, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle initiatives for maximum commercial impact.

  • Drive cross-sell and customer expansion programs by collaborating with customer success and demand generation teams to increase customer value and retention.

  • Establish clear demand creation metrics, monitor pipeline performance, and optimize marketing strategies using market intelligence and business insights.

  • Support enterprise sales efforts through field marketing, customer advocacy, referral programs, and strategic event execution.

  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, and future business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles across segment marketing, product marketing, or demand generation.

  • Proven experience managing marketing leaders and developing high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated success driving rapid growth within targeted customer segments and delivering measurable pipeline results.

  • Strong expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Experience collaborating across sales, customer success, product, and executive leadership teams.

  • Healthcare technology or healthcare IT industry experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing tools and modern marketing technologies, with the ability to scale team performance through innovation.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

  • Experience supporting multi-product portfolios, customer expansion strategies, or corporate growth initiatives is a plus.
