Accountabilities
Partner with sales teams to develop and execute account-based, regional, and state-wide marketing plans aligned with business and quota objectives.
Analyze CRM data, pipeline activity, growth opportunities, and market trends to identify areas where marketing can accelerate revenue.
Develop and manage regional demand generation programs and campaigns designed to create new opportunities, nurture leads, and accelerate existing deals.
Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar covering campaigns, education-agency sponsorships, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and relevant state and federal funding opportunities.
Develop regional marketing strategies that reflect local education dynamics, market conditions, state requirements, and sales priorities.
Partner with events teams to plan and execute high-impact trade shows, conferences, and custom events while establishing clear objectives and measuring results.
Communicate regional marketing performance, including KPIs, ROI, campaign outcomes, and market insights, to sales and marketing stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales enablement and participate in sales and product training to strengthen field execution and solution positioning.
Support customer implementation, retention, and renewal initiatives in partnership with sales and customer success teams.
Travel periodically with sales teams for customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other strategic events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Approximately 5 years of relevant marketing experience and/or training, ideally in field marketing, regional marketing, or sales enablement.
Experience marketing to the PreK-12 education sector or a background in education technology is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, content management tools, and project management software.
Familiarity with event planning technology for both in-person and virtual events.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other common business productivity tools.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve marketing planning, campaign execution, content development, reporting, sales enablement, and productivity.
Strong strategic thinking and independent decision-making skills, combined with the ability to execute effectively against defined plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage sales teams, customers, and marketing partners both virtually and in person.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to identify new ways to engage PreK-12 education audiences.
Strongly metric-driven, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with using AI to summarize account and market insights, personalize messaging, identify event and webinar follow-up opportunities, analyze performance, generate initial content, and optimize CRM and marketing workflows.

Base salary range of $74,700-$102,750 USD, with compensation varying based on experience and location.
