Accountabilities:
Develop and execute global influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, ensuring consistent execution across North America, Europe, and APAC markets.
Lead and scale influencer programs across regions, adapting approaches to local audiences while maintaining global brand alignment.
Manage and mentor a team of Influencer Marketing Specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.
Build and optimize creator partnership pipelines that support awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Oversee paid and organic influencer initiatives, including content licensing, whitelisting, and platform amplification across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaborate with Social, Paid Media, Creative, PR, and Analytics teams to ensure influencer programs integrate effectively into broader marketing campaigns.
Manage influencer budgets, track performance metrics, and deliver insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
Stay current on industry trends, platform innovations, and creator ecosystem developments to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Requirements:
6-8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or related fields.
2+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of developing and executing influencer strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Experience managing global or multi-market influencer programs across different regions.
Strong knowledge of creator ecosystems, influencer platforms, and social media best practices.
Hands-on experience with paid creator campaigns, whitelisting, and content licensing across major social platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
