Accountabilities:
Own and optimize the full landing page ecosystem across all acquisition channels, ensuring consistent performance improvements.
Design and manage a structured A/B testing and experimentation framework to evaluate landing page performance and implement winning variations.
Develop, launch, and optimize landing page systems for multiple traffic sources, including paid social, search, and native advertising.
Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by identifying friction points and implementing data-driven improvements across funnels.
Collaborate closely with media buying, creative, and copywriting teams to ensure alignment between traffic sources and conversion assets.
Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency to guide decision-making.
Build and refine scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for landing page production and optimization.
Manage internal or external copywriters and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-performing landing page concepts and iterations.
Act as the central point of coordination between growth, creative, and performance marketing stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building, managing, or optimizing high-performance landing pages and sales funnels.
Strong background in direct-response marketing, DTC, performance marketing, or CRO-focused environments.
Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests and making decisions based on quantitative performance data.
Deep understanding of conversion principles, user psychology, customer journeys, and funnel optimization strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and conversion metrics to drive decisions.
Experience working closely with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, or native advertising platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong copywriting evaluation and communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
Nice to have: experience in supplements, health, wellness, or consumer products.
Nice to have: familiarity with DACH markets and native advertising platforms.
Nice to have: experience managing creative teams, copywriters, or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
