Accountabilities:
This role is responsible for managing client accounts end-to-end while executing and optimizing high-performance paid media campaigns that drive qualified appointments in the financial services sector.
Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and retention
Lead bi-weekly client performance calls, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and next steps
Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports in advance of client meetings to support transparency and accountability
Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting
Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to consistently meet cost-per-appointment goals
Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
Collaborate with creative teams on content development while leveraging AI tools to improve speed and output quality
Implement and troubleshoot tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and CRM or automation integrations
Identify underperforming campaigns and execute optimization strategies to improve results and efficiency
Requirements: This role requires strong paid media expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment.
5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with responsibility for performance and retention
Strong copywriting ability, particularly for direct-response advertising and scripted video content
Experience with conversion tracking systems, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance KPIs in lead generation or appointment-setting campaigns
Experience in financial services marketing or high-ticket, considered purchase funnels is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear client insights
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot, optimize, and drive results
Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable working directly with clients in a high-accountability environment
