Accountabilities:

The Marketing Strategist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment between campaigns, business goals, and customer growth objectives.

  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning initiatives with business objectives and growth opportunities.

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize paid media initiatives focused on demand generation and customer acquisition.

  • Analyze performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and create data-driven action plans.

  • Build and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across different customer journeys.

  • Monitor campaign performance across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, implementing continuous improvements.

  • Define priorities and strategic directions with operational teams to ensure effective execution.

  • Conduct strategic meetings with clients and internal teams, presenting insights and recommendations.

  • Identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and optimization paths across client accounts.

  • Monitor CRM processes, sales funnels, and commercial workflows to improve marketing and sales alignment.

  • Lead testing, optimization initiatives, and Growth Marketing strategies.

  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, operational efficiency, and marketing methodologies.

Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing expertise, analytical capabilities, leadership experience, and a strong focus on performance results.

  • Previous experience in digital marketing strategy and planning.

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment.

  • Proven experience leading or coordinating teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Experience supporting local businesses and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and commercial processes, preferably Kommo.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and performance metrics.

  • Strategic, organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication skills for managing client relationships and internal collaboration.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience with Growth Marketing methodologies.

  • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation processes.

  • Experience building dashboards and monitoring key performance indicators.

  • Background in performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
