Accountabilities:

  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and TikTok Ads, including campaign creation, configuration, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Manage the full acquisition funnel, connecting prospecting, conversion, and revenue through performance-oriented campaign structures.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements across channels, campaigns, audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.

  • Identify and prioritize Growth opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute experiments designed to improve acquisition, conversion, and marketing efficiency.

  • Plan, execute, and analyze tests involving creatives, audiences, messaging, bidding strategies, landing pages, and customer journeys.

  • Develop and improve AI-supported workflows for media monitoring, alerts, performance analysis, insight generation, data organization, and ad variation development.

  • Identify repetitive marketing tasks and opportunities to apply AI to increase operational speed, quality, and scalability, while maintaining human validation and data quality.

  • Monitor market opportunities, including calendars, seasonal trends, commercial windows, and relevant market events, to inform campaign planning.

  • Identify promising niches, audiences, products, and market contexts and propose targeted activations to capture growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Branding and Content teams to develop and adapt creative assets based on media best practices, testing insights, and funnel requirements.

  • Document analyses, hypotheses, test results, learnings, and recommendations to support continuous team improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating paid media campaigns, whether within an agency, in-house marketing team, internship, or personal project environment.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign structures, objectives, audiences, pixels, and tags.

  • Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, ROAS, attribution, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.

  • Genuine interest in Growth, experimentation, marketing automation, and practical applications of artificial intelligence.

  • Ability to analyze problems, prioritize opportunities, and translate data into concrete actions.

  • Curious, organized, hands-on profile with a strong willingness to learn, experiment, analyze results, and document insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working across media, branding, content, and other marketing functions.

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with autonomy and accountability.
