The Challenge
Jelou processes $100M+ in transactions annually through AI agents on WhatsApp. You'll own the product-led growth engine that converts developers into power users, bridging product, revenue, and developer experience to unlock the next phase of platform adoption.
Your Mission
Map and instrument the complete developer activation funnel (signup → first agent → first real transaction) with baseline metrics on drop-off points
Ship 2-3 high-impact onboarding improvements (faster setup, better templates, clearer first-value path) and measure activation lift
Establish weekly dashboard of core growth metrics (activation rate, time-to-value, weekly active developers, retention cohorts)
Identify and document top 3-5 winning use cases from current developer base with full playbooks for replication
Increase developer activation rate by 25-40% through optimized product experience and onboarding redesign
Reduce time-to-first-value from signup to deployed agent by 30%+ via templates, better docs, and UX friction removal
Launch and scale 3+ growth loops (sharing, templates, marketplace, use case expansion) that drive viral adoption and retention
Build a replicable developer segmentation and upsell motion that moves activations toward revenue-generating use cases

- You've driven product adoption metrics (activation, retention, DAU) in B2B SaaS or developer platforms

- You're comfortable in ambiguity and shipping fast; you optimize as you learn, not after 6 months of planning
- You have hands-on experience running product experiments and A/B tests, not just strategy docs
- You understand developer psychology and can translate technical needs into frictionless product experiences
- You're a pure strategist who doesn't code or hands-on execute—this role is 70% direct execution, 30% strategy
- You need a fully remote setup; this is on-site in Bogota
- You've never measured product growth with concrete metrics (activation rate, cohort retention, funnel analysis)
