The Challenge
Invisablend is scaling a health & wellness brand and needs someone to own multi-channel digital marketing from the ground up. You'll build campaigns that drive real engagement and conversions while the company pushes toward international expansion.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence (social, email, paid channels) and establish baseline metrics across Google Analytics, social insights, and conversion tracking
Launch 2-3 integrated campaign sequences across email and social targeting core wellness audience segments with 20%+ engagement targets
Build content calendar for 90 days across blog, social, and newsletters aligned to health/wellness themes with consistent posting cadence
Identify 5-10 high-opportunity competitors and document their digital strategies to inform positioning and channel mix
Scale top-performing campaigns from Q1 and achieve 30%+ YoY improvement in email conversion rates and social engagement metrics
Establish SEO foundation: optimize 25+ high-value pages, build backlink strategy, target 10 primary wellness-related keywords
Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 25% through PPC optimization and audience refinement across Google and social paid channels
Grow social community by 50%+ (followers/engagement) while documenting playbook for content themes and posting strategy that drives results

Email Conversion Rate
Track % of email recipients who complete desired action (purchase, signup, click-through) to measure campaign effectiveness and list quality.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Calculate total marketing spend divided by new customers acquired per channel to identify most efficient growth levers.
Social Engagement Rate
Monitor likes, comments, shares, and clicks as % of followers to assess content resonance and community strength.
Organic Search Traffic
Track sessions from Google organic search and ranking progress on target keywords to measure SEO momentum.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Compare revenue generated from paid campaigns against ad spend to justify budget allocation across channels.
