The Challenge

Inmar Intelligence needs someone to own their digital presence end-to-end—from SEO-optimized website content to social media execution. You'll be the single point of accountability for digital channel performance and the bridge between marketing strategy and measurable results.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current website performance, identify top 20 SEO opportunities, and implement keyword-optimized content strategy across 5+ high-priority pages

Establish digital performance dashboards in your analytics stack (Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Brightedge) with weekly reporting cadence

3

Ship 12+ pieces of optimized content (blogs, web copy, social posts) aligned with keyword research and track organic traffic lift

4

Map cross-functional workflows and identify 3-5 automation opportunities using Monday.com and AI tools to reduce manual tasks

By 6 Months

Increase organic search traffic by 25%+ through SEO optimization, content expansion, and technical improvements

Grow social media engagement rates by 30%+ (LinkedIn, YouTube) with consistent content calendar and audience-responsive posting

Develop predictive reporting model that ties digital channel performance to downstream marketing outcomes (leads, conversions)

Implement AI-assisted content workflow that reduces content creation cycle time by 40% while maintaining brand standards
