Your Mission
Establish consistent posting calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube with baseline engagement metrics tracked in HubSpot
Audit and optimize existing website content in WordPress, implement SEO best practices for top 10 target keywords
Launch first paid social campaign (LinkedIn + Facebook) with $2K+ monthly spend, document ROI baseline
Create 8-12 pieces of original B2B content (blog, case studies, social assets) demonstrating industrial expertise
Grow LinkedIn followers 40%+ with 3%+ engagement rate; establish thought leadership through industry conversation participation
Achieve 25%+ YoY increase in organic website traffic through SEO optimization and content distribution strategy
Scale paid campaigns to $5K+ monthly spend with documented 3:1+ ROAS on social, 2:1+ on search
Build marketing dashboard in HubSpot with automated reporting on social, website, and campaign metrics; present monthly performance reviews
