Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've been an early marketing hire (hire #1-3) at a fast-growing startup and can prove you moved growth metrics
  • You combine data-driven rigor with creative boldness—you think like both an analyst and a designer
  • You're comfortable wearing 5 hats simultaneously and thrive in ambiguity with zero process overhead
  • You understand creator/community dynamics and can build authentic partnerships that feel earned, not transactional
  • You're genuinely excited by AI, generative media, and design—not just the job title
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully built marketing team, clear playbooks, or extensive historical processes to follow
  • You prefer remote work or flexibility—this is on-site NYC, mission-critical leadership role
  • You think 'growth marketing' means running Facebook ads—Ideogram needs strategic GTM thinking, not tactical channel management
  • You're risk-averse or uncomfortable making bets with limited data—this role demands fast iteration and bold calls
