The Challenge

IBM is hunting for a GTM leader who can bridge data strategy and revenue growth. You'll shape how enterprise clients unlock value through AI and analytics—from pitch to execution.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build initial pipeline of 8-12 qualified Data/AI transformation opportunities with C-suite stakeholders

Develop 3-4 compelling value propositions tied to measurable revenue/efficiency outcomes for target verticals

Shadow and close 1-2 deals alongside delivery teams to understand execution gaps

4

Map IBM's Customer Analytics, MarTech, and AdTech capabilities against top 5 prospect pain points

By 6 Months
1

Originate and close $2M+ in Data/AI transformation consulting contracts

Build repeatable GTM playbook for segmentation, predictive modeling, and decisioning frameworks

Establish performance tracking cadence—monitor conversion rates, deal velocity, and client ROI metrics monthly

4

Deploy 2-3 end-to-end transformation programs with documented KPI improvement (conversion lift, customer lifetime value, retention)

  • You speak fluent business-to-geek: can explain segmentation models to CMOs and CROs without hand-waving
  • You're hungry to originate deals (not just support sales)—you want your fingerprints on the pipeline
  • You've delivered analytics transformation programs and tracked real revenue/efficiency lift metrics
  • You thrive in Mexico City or are willing to relocate for in-person stakeholder engagement

  • You need 100% remote flexibility—this is on-site in Mexico City
  • You've only ever been a delivery resource (architect, analyst)—you need some GTM/business development DNA
  • You're allergic to enterprise sales cycles or Fortune 500 stakeholder complexity
  • You can't articulate the business case for analytics (if every conversation is just 'cool tech,' you'll struggle)
