The Challenge
hyffen is a high-growth SEO agency building internal AI tools to dominate organic search. You'll own client SEO & GEO strategies end-to-end while collaborating on the tech that powers their competitive edge.
Your Mission
Complete onboarding: master hyffen's SEO audit framework, tools, and client portfolio
Shadow 3+ account transitions to understand strategy development and client communication patterns
Deliver 2 complete SEO audits (technical, content, reputation) with actionable recommendations
Build relationships with mentors and cross-functional team (copywriters, developers, analysts)
Own 3-5 client accounts with full P&L responsibility for SEO/GEO performance
Develop and execute 2+ custom SEO roadmaps that hit agreed ranking and traffic targets
Collaborate on internal AI tool optimization—contribute insights from 50+ client audits to improve tool accuracy
Deliver monthly reporting decks to clients with clear metrics (rankings, organic traffic, keyword positions)

Track position gains across target keywords per client account month-over-month

Measure % increase in qualified organic sessions attributed to implemented strategies
Audit-to-strategy conversion
% of completed audits that convert to active SEO strategy implementation contracts

AI tool feedback loops
Number of actionable insights contributed to improve internal AI tool performance

Is This Role For You?
- You have 3+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) with audit and strategy chops
- You're fluent in French and strong in English—client communication is non-negotiable
- You thrive in team environments but also own projects independently without micromanagement
- You're energized by technical SEO, GEO, and the data that proves your work moves the needle
- You need a senior title immediately or resist mentorship—this is a mid-level growth role with structured onboarding
- You're remote-only and won't travel to Paris monthly—the team culture depends on in-person alignment
- You see SEO as a commodity or lack genuine curiosity about how search algo changes impact strategy
