Your Mission
Audit current Salesforce setup, clean lead data, establish Win Rate baseline by sector within 6 weeks
Build first Power BI dashboard tracking sales pipeline, conversion rates, and product performance by industry
Segment corporate accounts and identify top 20 cross-sell/upsell opportunities with revenue impact estimates
Complete competitive positioning study for top 3 product lines vs. regional rivals
Grow pipeline value by 25% through optimized lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Interlynx/Salesforce
Deliver monthly commercial performance reports reducing decision-making lag from weeks to days
Execute pricing strategy refresh for 2-3 key product categories based on market and margin analysis
Achieve 40%+ Win Rate improvement on flagged accounts through targeted account strategies
