The Challenge

HOA Sales is the internal growth engine for community association management companies. You'll own their entire digital presence—web, search, social, and content—across multiple member companies, driving qualified inbound demand in a vertical that's ripe for disruption.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize HOA Sales + member company websites for conversion, establishing baseline metrics and quick-win landing page improvements

Build and launch SEO/AEO content roadmap with pillar topics and keyword clusters; implement schema markup and AI-optimized content formatting

Establish content calendar and social media cadence (LinkedIn primary); publish first 8-10 pieces of thought leadership or case study content

Set up analytics tracking across all properties; connect web/lead metrics to pipeline impact and establish monthly reporting rhythm

By 6 Months

Drive measurable organic traffic growth (target: +30-50% YoY) and track qualified leads attributed to SEO/content efforts

Launch and scale local SEO strategies for 3+ member companies; improve geographic visibility and local search rankings

Grow LinkedIn following and engagement rate; establish HOA Sales as thought leader in CAM industry with consistent posting and engagement

Optimize conversion rates across landing pages and web properties; A/B test messaging and CTAs to improve lead quality and MQL-to-SQL ratio

Organic Traffic & Conversions

Track organic sessions, conversion rate by landing page, and revenue/pipeline attributed to organic search.

Lead Quality & Volume

Measure qualified leads generated via web/content, cost-per-lead, and MQL-to-SQL conversion rate.

Keyword Rankings & Visibility

Monitor rankings for target keywords, impressions, and CTR in search results; track progress toward pillar topic authority.

Social Engagement & Growth

LinkedIn followers, engagement rate, click-through rate to web properties, and sentiment of interactions.

Content ROI

Track which content pieces drive the most traffic, leads, and pipeline; measure time-to-publication and content velocity.

Website Performance

Page load speed, bounce rate, time-on-page, and user behavior flow; measure impact on conversion funnel.

  • You've built and scaled digital presence (web, SEO, content) for B2B SaaS or service companies with measurable pipeline impact
  • You're comfortable owning the full funnel—from strategy to tactical execution—and can tie every campaign back to lead gen and revenue
  • You geek out on SEO, AEO, and content strategy; you understand how to position companies as authorities in search and AI-driven discovery
  • You've worked with multiple stakeholders/brands and can translate different value props into cohesive messaging and content
  • You're analytical: you track KPIs obsessively, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data—not gut feel
Won't Work If
  • You prefer pure strategy or management roles; this is 60-70% hands-on execution (web, content, SEO, social)
  • You need total remote flexibility; Chicago preferred, though remote is open—expect occasional in-person collaboration
  • You lack direct experience with lead generation and pipeline attribution; this role lives and dies by qualified inbound demand
