The Challenge
Hach (Veralto's water quality division) needs you to build marketing from scratch for their 45+ Latin American distributors. You're the first dedicated export marketing leader-meaning you'll architect demand generation playbooks, enable channel partners, and directly impact water safety across the region.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing maturity across 10-15 priority distributors; identify tooling gaps and capability needs
Deploy 3-4 localized digital campaigns (adapted from global assets) targeting priority verticals in top 3 markets
Build a distributor marketing enablement toolkit: templates, content library, and campaign brief templates
Establish baseline lead volume and pipeline metrics across export channels
Achieve 40%+ adoption of marketing tools/resources across 45 distributors with documented engagement metrics
Generate 500+ qualified leads from distributor-executed campaigns with >15% conversion to pipeline
Develop and execute 2 regional vertical-focused campaigns (e.g., municipal water, industrial lab testing)
Create quarterly marketing scorecard for Export Leadership Team; present growth strategy recommendations

Percentage of 45+ partners actively using Hach-provided marketing tools, assets, and campaigns.
Lead Volume & Cost Per Lead
Total qualified leads generated from digital campaigns and distributor activities; track CPA by market/vertical.
Campaign Engagement & Click-Through Rate
Email open rates, website traffic, and CTR on adapted global campaigns across regional markets.
Pipeline Velocity (Distributor-Sourced)
Deal velocity and win rates for opportunities influenced by your demand generation programs.
Content & Asset Utilization
Downloads/shares of datasheets, digital catalogs, and promotional materials by distributors.
