The Challenge

Grupo Moas is building a collective ecosystem where talent drives real impact. You'll own media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest—turning data into growth for multiple brands while collaborating with sales and content teams.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; identify quick wins to improve ROAS by 15-20%

Establish baseline KPI tracking across all platforms using GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards

Map media spend allocation across platforms and align with sales team on lead quality and conversion benchmarks

Document current automation workflows (Make, Zapier) and identify gaps for scaling lead nurturing

By 6 Months
1

Design and launch 3+ new platform experiments (TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with defined success metrics and scaling playbooks

Improve overall media ROAS by 25-30% through continuous A/B testing and audience segmentation

Build integrated content-to-sales reporting that ties media performance directly to revenue outcomes

4

Establish CRO testing framework and implement 5+ conversion rate optimizations across landing pages and funnels

Monitor lead acquisition cost by platform and campaign; directly impacts sales efficiency.

Measure percentage of clicks converting to leads/customers; reveals platform quality and targeting precision.

Media Spend Efficiency

Track budget allocation vs. results month-over-month; identify underperforming platforms for reallocation.

  • You live and breathe GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio—dashboards are your native language
  • You're obsessed with testing, optimization, and finding edge cases before competitors do
  • You can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales execution; you speak both languages fluently
