The Challenge
Grupo Fleury is building an integrated, preventive healthcare ecosystem and needs a mid-level marketing leader to own brand strategy and campaign execution across multiple touchpoints. You'll drive real business growth for a major Brazilian healthcare player while building marketing best practices from the ground up.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing performance across all channels and identify top 3 optimization opportunities with data-backed recommendations
Own strategy and execution for 2-3 high-impact campaigns across digital, social, and in-unit channels, measuring against clear KPIs
Establish weekly performance tracking dashboard showing campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs, and brand lift metrics
Map customer journey touchpoints for 2-3 core service lines and define communication strategy for each stage
Launch integrated marketing campaigns for 4+ new products/services with documented results showing impact on customer acquisition and retention
Build and mentor 2-3 junior team members, establishing marketing playbooks and process documentation
Negotiate and optimize agency/vendor contracts, achieving 15-20% cost reduction without sacrificing quality
Present quarterly business reviews to leadership with data-driven insights, market trends, and strategic recommendations that inform budget allocation

Campaign Engagement Rate
Track click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics across digital and social channels
Marketing Efficiency Ratio
Measure marketing spend as percentage of revenue growth generated, targeting continuous improvement

- You've owned marketing strategy and execution for consumer-facing brands or services with real P&L impact

- You're uncomfortable with Portuguese language or on-site presence in São Paulo
- You lack 4+ years of marketing experience in strategic planning, budget management, or campaign performance analysis
