The Challenge
Growth Room is a 40-person B2B growth consultancy in Paris helping clients build scalable go-to-market strategies. You'll own HubSpot implementations end-to-end—from strategy through automation—working directly with startup CEOs and PME leadership who depend on your expertise to unlock revenue.
Your Mission
Deliver 2-3 complete HubSpot setups (workflows, dashboards, integrations) for active client projects, ensuring adoption and measurable data quality improvements
Shadow and assist on 4+ presales discovery calls to internalize how Growth Room scopes HubSpot engagements and builds client trust
Build your HubSpot certification and complete internal training on Growth Room's proprietary CRM stack and best practices
Establish weekly knowledge-share sessions with the Outbound/CRM team, documenting 3-4 reusable workflow templates and integration patterns
Lead 4-5 full HubSpot implementation cycles independently (strategy, setup, launch, optimization) with measurable KPIs (lead quality, pipeline velocity, conversion lift)
Develop and pitch 2 new service offerings or optimization frameworks based on patterns you've seen across client base
Train 2-3 junior team members on HubSpot fundamentals and help unblock live project blockers without senior oversight
Hit a client NPS of 8+ across your projects; secure 2+ contract extensions or upsell opportunities through proactive CRM strategy recommendations

Client HubSpot Implementation Success Rate
% of projects launched on-time and on-budget with all agreed workflows, integrations, and dashboards live and adopted by client team.
Presales Conversion (Hubspot Projects)
% of qualified presales meetings you participate in that convert to signed HubSpot implementation contracts.
Client Data Quality Score
Avg completeness and accuracy of contact/deal records in client HubSpot instances post-setup; track via automated audits.
Internal Knowledge Contribution
Number of reusable playbooks, automation templates, and troubleshooting docs you've authored or improved for the team.

- You're already proficient in HubSpot CRM—you can set up workflows, build dashboards, and troubleshoot integrations without hand-holding

- You genuinely love learning, sharing knowledge with teammates, running experiments, and measuring results—not just executing tasks
- You thrive on variety: different clients, different business models, different challenges every week—and you adapt quickly to change
- You're looking for a role where you can coast or avoid accountability; Growth Room's Outbound/CRM pole expects ownership and rigor
- You don't have hands-on HubSpot experience—this is a consultant role, not a training role, and you'll be expected to contribute from day one
- You need a fully remote setup; this role is hybrid with mandatory 3 days/week on-site in Paris
- You're not comfortable working directly with C-suite clients or presenting CRM recommendations; CEO collaboration is core to the role

CEO/Client Scenario
Simulated or real presales prep call where you present a CRM strategy recommendation and handle client objections
