The Challenge
Go With The Vibe is building a consumer app in TestFlight that transforms how people prep for events. You'll be the growth generalist working directly with the founder—testing content ideas, building social presence, and turning early users into advocates while the product finds product-market fit.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 2-3 content pillars (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) targeting your event-prep audience with 10K+ impressions monthly
Build a TestFlight waitlist strategy and convert 500+ signups through organic social and referral mechanics
Test 5+ growth experiments (viral hooks, community challenges, creator collabs) and document learnings in a growth playbook
Establish baseline metrics: engagement rate, conversion funnel from social to download, and user retention curves
Scale content engine to 50K+ monthly social impressions with 3-5% engagement rate across platforms
Drive 2,000+ TestFlight installs and achieve 30%+ day-7 retention through iterative product-led growth loops
Launch 2 partnership or influencer campaigns that generate 10K+ qualified impressions each
Build repeatable content calendar and social strategy framework that founder can hand off or scale with next hire

Track likes, comments, shares, saves across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube as % of impressions; target 3-5%.
TestFlight Conversion Rate
Users who click link → complete signup → install app; aim for 15-25% conversion by month 6.
Day-7 Retention
% of users who open app again within 7 days of install; benchmark 25-35% for event-prep category.
Content-to-Download Attribution
Track which content pieces drive the most TestFlight signups using UTM parameters and surveys.
