The Challenge

Plan4Growth Academy runs multiple dental and education brands. You'll own SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads across these brands—directly responsible for lead generation, CPA reduction, and conversion rate improvement. This is pure performance marketing: your output moves revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish baseline metrics for SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns across 2-3 brands; identify quick wins for CPA reduction

Launch and optimize 5+ Google Ads campaigns with documented cost-per-lead targets and scaling roadmap

Execute keyword research and on-page SEO for 10-15 high-commercial-intent keywords; track ranking progress

Build and test 3+ Meta Ads campaign concepts with audience segmentation and creative testing frameworks

By 6 Months

Reduce average CPA across all channels by 25-35% through continuous campaign optimization and audience refinement

Achieve top 3 rankings for 8-12 target keywords in dental/education verticals; establish organic lead pipeline

Scale top-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads to 3-5x budget while maintaining or improving ROAS

Document and systemize playbooks for each channel (SEO, Google Ads, Meta) that can be replicated across new brands

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Track CPA across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads; target 25-35% reduction by month 6.

Keyword Rankings

Monitor ranking positions for target keywords; aim for top 3 placements for high-intent terms.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on Google Ads and Meta Ads; scale winners above 3:1 ROAS.

Conversion Rate

Track conversion rate improvements across funnels via ad copy, landing page changes, and audience optimization.

Lead Volume & Quality

Monitor lead count and quality score; balance volume growth with cost efficiency.

Interview Process

Trial Task (45 minutes max)

Submit: (1) 5 target keywords for dental training course + reasoning, (2) 1 Google Ads copy (headline + description), (3) 1 Meta Ads campaign concept (audience + angle + offer). Clarity over volume. If it takes longer than 45 min, you're not efficient enough.
