The Challenge

Forest Admin is the AI Ops orchestration backbone for financial services. You're building their entire FinTech/InsurTech revenue engine from scratch—creating pipeline, closing deals, and scaling a vertical that doesn't yet exist internally. This is founder-level commercial ownership.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and qualify a pipeline of 15-20 financial services prospects across regtech, BaaS, and insurtech segments using direct prospection and partner co-sell activation

2

Close 2-3 deals (€50K-€200K ACV) demonstrating product-market fit in the financial services vertical

3

Establish working relationships with 3-4 key partners (Sardine, ComplyAdvantage, Chainalysis) and activate co-sell motions

4

Create initial InsurTech and InvestTech demo environments and discovery talk tracks with input from product/CTO

By 6 Months
1

Hit €400K-€600K ARR run-rate in financial services through 4-6 closed deals with 3x pipeline coverage

2

Fully operationalize InsurTech and InvestTech verticals: build playbooks, train AMs, run 2+ successful pilot closes

3

Establish Forest Admin as a recognized vendor in financial services through thought leadership events, partner conferences, and case studies

4

Recruit and onboard 1-2 AMs to scale pipeline and close execution as you move into expansion mode

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've closed €50K-€200K ACV deals in B2B SaaS and know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles in regulated industries
  • You have hands-on experience in financial services (regtech, BaaS, InsurTech, or InvestTech) and understand compliance, risk, and operational pain points
  • You generate your own pipeline—you don't wait for marketing to hand you leads. You prospect, network, and activate partnerships relentlessly
  • You can run a full-cycle deal from discovery to close: you demo, you build business cases, you negotiate, you own the outcome
  • You're EU-based with fluent French + English, and you want founder-level autonomy to build a revenue vertical from scratch
Won't Work If
  • You're transactional—you need inbound leads, warm handoffs, and short sales cycles. Financial services deals are consultative and 90-180 day cycles.
  • You don't have regulated industry experience (fintech, insurtech, regtech). The nuances matter and you'll waste time learning.
  • You're outside EU or not fluent in French. Client relationships and partner activation require local presence and language fluency.
  • You want to specialize in one vertical only. This role demands you open 2-3 new verticals (InsurTech, InvestTech) and own them end-to-end.

Interview Process

1

Screening call

CRO or Head of Growth—30 min. Deep-dive on your most complex financial services deal: discovery process, stakeholders, objections, close strategy.

2

Product demo & market fit conversation

60 min with Head of Product and CRO. You'll see Forest Admin in action and discuss how you'd position it to regtech/BaaS/InsurTech buyers.

3

Commercial strategy case

Asynchronous or live: propose a 90-day GTM plan for one of the verticals (InsurTech or InvestTech). Show pipeline generation, messaging, and partner activation ideas.

4

Reference calls

CRO will call 2-3 of your references (past managers, CROs, close partners) to validate deal DNA and execution.

5

Final conversation with founders/investors

30-45 min to align on vision, equity, and commitment.
