Fixify is a Series A AI-native IT automation company with solid growth marketing foundation. You'll own the complete marketing tech stack and demand generation infrastructure during a critical 8-month growth sprint, keeping the pipeline machine running at full speed.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document all existing workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Common Room, Lemlist, and Salesloft; identify 3-5 critical gaps or failures and fix them

Establish clean lead scoring model and lead routing logic that reduces manual SDR triage by 40%+

Build attribution dashboard and monthly reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution

4

Launch 2-3 AI-powered workflow experiments (personalization, account monitoring, outreach automation) that show measurable lift over baseline

By 6 Months

Achieve 95%+ data quality across all core fields in HubSpot; establish ongoing data governance process

Scale demand generation workflows to support 2x pipeline growth without proportional headcount increase

Implement predictive lead scoring and AI-powered account prioritization that improves conversion rates by 25%+

Document and hand off all systems, workflows, and processes in preparation for role transition
