The Role
You are a skilled Growth Analyst with a strong appetite for data and a passion for leveraging AI to move fast. In this role, you will combine data expertise with hands-on AI development to support the growth, optimization, and automation of our marketing and commercial initiatives. You will work closely with business and marketing teams to ship AI-powered tools that improve decision-making, automate workflows, and enhance the buyer experience. As Voggt scales, you will be at the forefront of embedding AI capabilities across commercial and marketing functions, turning manual, repetitive work into intelligent, automated systems.
Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Tooling
- Design and build AI-powered internal tools that help business and marketing teams work faster, think automated reporting assistants, campaign brief generators, or seller coaching tools
- Develop and maintain LLM-based workflows (e.g. summarization, classification, content generation) that reduce manual effort across the commercial team
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML APIs and third-party tools to accelerate business workflows
- Act as the team's AI translator: identify high-impact use cases, prototype solutions quickly, and iterate with stakeholders
- Build and maintain automations used in commercial and marketing campaigns to support GMV growth, such as customer promotions (spend X get Y, voucher giveaways)
- Build seller growth tools such as the clipping platform and voucher attribution tools
- Automate routine reporting and alerting workflows so teams spend time on decisions, not data wrangling
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports monitoring key metrics: promotion effectiveness, customer engagement, and performance tracking
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer lifetime value
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights to inform promotional strategies and referral programs
- Assist in building business cases and presentations for senior management on marketing effectiveness, AI tool ROI, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with finance and marketing teams on accurate budget forecasting and spend tracking
- Stay current on AI tooling and bring proactive proposals for where AI can unlock the most value for the team
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimental design methods.
- Knowledge of integration processes between marketing tools.
- Multilingual abilities or experience working in diverse teams is a plus.
