The Challenge
Eulerity is a fast-growing martech founded by ex-Google, Facebook, and Yahoo leaders automating paid campaign management for franchises and SMBs. You'll own campaign delivery operations across Google, Meta, Display, and Video-defining processes, mentoring the team, and shaping how AI tools transform workflow efficiency.
Your Mission
Map current campaign delivery workflows, identify 3-5 critical pain points, and design process improvements with clear SOPs
Establish yourself as the GA4 authority-audit tracking implementation across key accounts, fix 2+ major measurement gaps, train team on best practices
Own and resolve 5+ escalated technical issues (tracking setup, GTM, Meta Events Manager) end-to-end, building confidence with internal teams and clients
Experiment with 2-3 AI/automation tools (LLM assistants, agentic workflows) to streamline reporting or monitoring; present findings and 1 implementation recommendation
Refine and document campaign delivery SOP, reporting infrastructure, and troubleshooting playbooks; reduce escalation resolution time by 25%
Build team technical capability: mentor 2-3 team members in GA4 mastery and complex tracking scenarios; establish monthly learning sessions
Lead cross-functional initiative to improve how Eulerity's platform is used operationally; influence 1-2 product/tool recommendations adopted internally
Scale AI tool adoption across team: integrate automation into 50%+ of recurring reporting/monitoring tasks; measure time saved and quality impact
