The Challenge

Eulerity is a fast-growing martech company looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own campaign strategy across multiple paid platforms while leveraging AI to optimize processes. You'll join their Technical Account Management team at a pivotal growth moment, blending hands-on campaign execution with emerging AI workflows.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Set up and launch 3-5 multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) hitting baseline performance benchmarks within 60 days

Integrate AI tools into your workflow—automation, bid optimization, audience segmentation—and document learnings for team

3

Build relationships with 5-8 key stakeholders across TAM and product teams to understand account needs and campaign priorities

4

Establish measurement framework: define success metrics, set up dashboards, and deliver first monthly performance report

By 6 Months
1

Manage full campaign lifecycle (planning, launch, optimization, reporting) for 8-12 accounts with average ROAS of 3.5x+ or equivalent metric

Reduce campaign setup time by 25% through AI-assisted workflows and process documentation

Develop playbook for A/B testing across platforms; run min. 15 tests with documented insights and winning variations

4

Own quarterly business reviews: present performance, recommendations, and roadmap to 3-5 high-touch clients with >90% satisfaction score

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign ROAS / CPA

Track return on ad spend or cost-per-acquisition across all managed campaigns—primary indicator of campaign health.

Campaign Launch Velocity

Time from brief to live campaign; measure how quickly you move from planning to execution with AI-assisted tools.

Account Growth / Upsell Revenue

Monitor whether your campaigns drive expansion revenue or upsells within existing TAM accounts.

Client NPS / Satisfaction

Quarterly or bi-annual feedback from accounts you manage; track retention and willingness to expand.
