The Challenge
Eskimoz is a 250-person digital marketing powerhouse placing you in a real SEO consulting seat from day one. You'll own client portfolios spanning startups to CAC40 groups, building technical SEO and link strategy chops under expert mentorship.
Your Mission
Complete 3-4 full SEO audits (technical, semantic, competitive, off-site) and present findings to clients
Master your assigned SEO toolstack (SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console) and run your first custom reporting dashboard
Land your first netlinking campaign—site prospecting, outreach, link placement tracking and performance measurement
Shadow and assist 2+ strategy sessions with your SEO director to understand client positioning and recommendation frameworks
Independently manage 4-6 active client accounts with zero director handholding; be their go-to contact
Deliver month-on-month ranking and traffic improvements of 15%+ for assigned clients through technical + content optimizations
Oversee end-to-end netlinking campaigns for 2+ clients; source, negotiate, and track 20+ quality backlinks per campaign
Build 3 reusable SEO audit templates and reporting frameworks; train peer consultants on your systems
KPIs You'll Own
Organic Traffic Growth %
Month-over-month increase in search traffic from assigned client portfolios, benchmarked against industry baseline.
Keyword Ranking Improvements
Number of target keywords moving into top 10 / top 3 positions; track velocity of movement.
Backlink Acquisition Rate
Quality links secured per month per client, weighted by Domain Authority and relevance; cost per link.
Audit Turnaround & Quality
Days to deliver full SEO audit post-kickoff and % of recommendations implemented by clients within 30 days.
Client Satisfaction NPS
Quarterly feedback score from your direct clients on communication, strategy clarity, and results delivery.
