The Challenge

EPSILON France (Publicis Groupe's data marketing arm) is scaling its Digital Marketing Platform division—managing 300+ active clients and 100+ daily platforms. You'll own business operations and RFP coordination for a high-growth consulting, integration, and activation practice.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master the Digital Marketing Platform offering (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze stack) and document 3-4 reusable packaged offers aligned with go-to-market strategy

2

Own RFP response workflow: establish templates, timelines, and approval processes to reduce time-to-market by 20%+

3

Set up client meeting prep and post-meeting follow-up cadence for 2+ department heads; track pipeline progression in CRM

4

Analyze Q1 commercial KPIs (win rate, deal size, sales cycle length) and deliver one actionable insight to leadership

By 6 Months
1

Launch and maintain 5+ packaged service offerings with clear positioning, enablement decks, and pricing

2

Reduce RFP turnaround time from submission to delivery by 25% through process optimization and templating

3

Build a client meeting intelligence dashboard tracking 50+ opportunities, outcomes, and next actions across three departments

4

Own quarterly business review: present win/loss analysis, pipeline health, and forecast to exec leadership; feed insights into strategy

Salary

€2,100–€2,500/month (internship, estimated for 2026 Paris market)
