The Challenge

Emsitel is scaling iControl, an energy management platform for hotels and properties. You'll own the growth engine—moving from content posting to real results: qualified leads, conversations, and paying customers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish baseline metrics for lead generation channels (Meta Ads, organic, partnerships) and identify top 2 converting sources

Launch and optimize 3 Meta Ads campaigns targeting hotel decision-makers with conversion tracking in place

3

Build content calendar aligned to sales funnel with 8-12 pieces of conversion-focused social content published and tracked

4

Integrate CRM/automation to capture and nurture leads, with first automation sequence live and 50+ leads in pipeline

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 100+ qualified leads monthly through paid and organic channels, with 15%+ conversion to sales conversations

Scale highest-performing Meta Ads campaigns by 2-3x while maintaining or improving cost-per-lead

3

Create and execute strategic content series positioning iControl as energy savings solution for hotel operators

4

Work with sales to define and improve lead quality scoring, reduce sales cycle by 20%, and achieve 5+ new paying customers

Monthly Qualified Leads

Leads from Meta Ads, content, partnerships that meet ICP criteria and enter sales conversation.

Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)

Total marketing spend divided by qualified leads; target efficiency gains month-over-month.

Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate

% of qualified leads that become paying iControl customers within 90 days.

Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Revenue attributed to paid campaigns divided by spend; benchmark and optimize toward 3:1 or better.

Content Engagement & Click-Through Rate

Social and email CTR by content type; identify messaging and formats that drive sales conversations.
