Your Mission
Audit current portfolio performance, competitive landscape, and whitespace opportunities across segments and channels
Develop and present the 4-year strategic roadmap aligned with Mexico business priorities
Establish CRM infrastructure and reporting cadence for campaign performance and ROI tracking
Align with Sales on go-to-market execution and field adoption strategy for next quarter launches
Execute Year 1 of strategic roadmap with quantified market share growth targets and net sales impact
Launch 2+ core or new product campaigns with clear value proposition and differentiated positioning
Optimize Opex allocation and demonstrate 15%+ improvement in marketing ROI vs. baseline
Build and stabilize high-performing team with clear roles, development plans, and quarterly performance reviews
