The Challenge

Emapta is a 15-year-old digital marketing agency that's driven ROI for 500+ brands globally. You'll own paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn—directly moving revenue needles for high-performing clients while building expertise in a premium outsourcing environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 8-10 paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, hitting baseline ROAS targets within 30 days

Build keyword strategy framework for 3-5 client accounts, documenting search volume analysis and bid structures

3

Implement conversion tracking and UTM tagging across client campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Analytics

4

Complete A/B testing protocol on 5+ ad creatives, documenting performance deltas and recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Manage full P&L on 10-15 active accounts with combined monthly spend of $50K+, achieving or exceeding ROAS benchmarks

Reduce client acquisition costs (CPA) by 15-20% through bid optimization and audience refinement

Establish monthly performance reporting cadence with 5+ clients, documenting CTR, CPC, ROAS, and attribution insights

4

Lead 2-3 testing initiatives (landing page, creative variations, audience targeting) that yield 10%+ performance lifts
