The Challenge
DTCo runs growth strategy for a portfolio of DTC brands across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. You'll own strategy, execution, and client relationships for a handful of accounts while building and mentoring your first team.
Your Mission
Get across 3-4 client accounts—understand their business models, current performance, and strategic gaps
Launch optimized paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google with flawless QA and client sign-off
Establish weekly reporting cadence and monthly planning process with clear projections and pacing goals
Onboard and train 2+ direct reports on channel mechanics, client communication, and best practices
Deliver 15%+ efficiency gains (lower CAC or higher ROAS) on at least 2 client accounts through testing and optimization
Own end-to-end creative strategy—brief creative team, analyze performance, recommend next iterations
Build repeatable playbooks for account launches, monthly planning, and reporting across your portfolio
Mentor team to independently own account optimizations and client touchpoints with minimal oversight

Track return on ad spend across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube to optimize spend allocation and efficiency.
CAC Trend
Monitor customer acquisition cost month-over-month to validate pricing strategy and optimization impact.
CTR & CVR by Creative
Measure click-through and conversion rates to identify winning creative themes and inform production roadmap.
Client Pacing vs. Goal
Track actual spend and conversions against monthly targets to stay on trajectory for client revenue goals.
Team Capacity & Autonomy
Measure how much of your account workload is delegated to and owned by your direct reports.
