The Challenge

Donohoe Hospitality operates a diverse portfolio of hotels and restaurants across multiple properties. You'll own the entire digital marketing engine—from paid acquisition to email nurture to website optimization—driving direct bookings and maximizing ROI across all channels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence across all properties (websites, Google Business, TripAdvisor, Booking, Expedia) and establish baseline metrics for CAC, conversion rate, and direct booking %

Launch optimized paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) with clear budget allocation and daily monitoring protocols to reduce reliance on third-party channels

3

Build content calendar and social media playbook aligned with revenue goals; publish consistent on-brand content across platforms

4

Identify quick-win website improvements and coordinate implementation with internal teams or vendors to boost conversion rate

By 6 Months
1

Achieve measurable increase in direct bookings YoY through website optimization, paid media efficiency, and email nurture sequence refinement

Reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) across all channels by 15-20% through continuous A/B testing and budget reallocation to highest-performing tactics

Establish brand consistency across all digital touchpoints; increase social media engagement rate and follower growth month-over-month

Document and implement repeatable processes for content creation, campaign launch, and performance reporting across multi-property portfolio
