The Challenge
Deskpro is building an AI-forward marketing operation and needs a hands-on Director to own the full funnel—from demand gen strategy to revenue impact. You'll report directly to the VP of Marketing and drive pipeline growth across SEO, paid media, ABM, and automation.
Your Mission
Audit current demand gen channels and establish baseline pipeline metrics, attribution model, and monthly targets across all acquisition sources
Implement AI-powered tools for intent detection, ad copy generation, and account enrichment across paid and organic channels
Define lead scoring framework with Sales, optimize handoff processes, and establish weekly pipeline review cadence
Develop 90-day content and campaign calendar aligned to buyer personas across ABM, SEO, and paid media channels
Achieve or exceed monthly pipeline generation targets with 25%+ improvement in lead quality and conversion rates vs. baseline
Launch and optimize at least 2 ABM campaigns targeting high-value segments with measurable pipeline contribution
Build and scale nurture automation programs that increase marketing-qualified lead (MQL) to sales-qualified lead (SQL) conversion by 30%+
Establish predictive analytics dashboard tracking channel ROI, buyer intent signals, and revenue attribution in real-time

Percentage of leads that convert to opportunities, segmented by channel and buyer segment.
Sales Accepted Leads (SAL)
Leads qualified by Sales, indicating marketing-sales alignment and lead quality.
Channel ROI
Return on investment by acquisition channel (paid media, organic, ABM, content syndication) to guide budget allocation.
