The Challenge

Deeply is building the relationship improvement platform — Year 1, post-product, growing fast. You'll own the entire growth engine end-to-end: content, SEO, email, community, paid, analytics. Use AI as a force multiplier to punch way above your weight.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and launch AI-powered content pipeline: 20+ SEO-optimized pages and email sequences using Claude Code and LLM workflows

Establish presence in 3-5 high-intent communities (Reddit, Twitter, forums) with consistent, authentic engagement driving assessment sign-ups

Create and ship first 3 months of content calendar (blog, landing pages, podcast distribution) with measurable traffic attribution

Set up analytics foundation: define north star metrics, acquisition funnels, and attribution model across all channels

By 6 Months
1

Drive 500+ monthly organic sign-ups through SEO and content; hit top 3 rankings for 10 target keywords

Build email sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, partner invite) with 35%+ open rates and measurable conversion to paid

Establish thought leadership: 50K+ social followers across platforms, recurring community partnerships, 10+ brand mentions/month

Automate 60% of repetitive growth tasks (content creation, A/B testing, campaign setup) through custom AI tools and scripts

Monthly Organic Sign-ups

Tracked attribution from SEO, content, and organic social channels as primary acquisition lever.

Content-to-Assessment Conversion Rate

Percentage of content visitors who complete the Whole Relationship Model assessment; target 8-12%.

Email Engagement (Open/Click/Conversion)

Monitor welcome sequence open rates, nurture click-through, and lifecycle re-engagement conversion.

Community Growth & Sentiment

Track followers, engagement rate, mention volume, and net sentiment across Reddit, Twitter, forums.

CAC & LTV by Channel

Attribution-driven cost per acquisition and lifetime value segmented by organic, email, paid, community.

AI Automation ROI

Hours saved per week through programmatic content, campaign generation, and internal tooling.
