The role

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Strategist to own performance across client accounts. You’ll spot opportunities, make decisions, execute fast, and keep improving results. If you like owning outcomes, you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll own

  • Email & SMS
  • Lifecycle flows, drop campaigns, behavioral segmentation. Revenue per recipient is the metric.

Paid Media

  • Meta, TikTok, Google Shopping. Test creatives, own tracking, optimise for ROAS.
  • Ecommerce
  • Shopify performance, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase rate. Own the full funnel.

Creative

  • Emails, ads, promos via Canva or Figma. Built to convert, not just look good.
  • Performance
  • Revenue, ROAS, CVR, AOV, retention, and knowing what to do next.

Client Work

  • You’re in the conversation, sharing insights and next steps, not just reports.

Must-Have’s

  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience
  • 2-5 years in ecommerce marketing
  • Shopify familiarity
  • Managed multiple brand accounts
  • Comfortable being measured on results
  • English language proficiency

Nice to have

  • Can design in Canva or Figma
  • Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Shopping
  • Music / merch brands
  • SMS marketing
  • TikTok Shop
  • Ecommerce SEO

Team Structure

This role reports to the Growth & Strategy Manager, who manages client strategy account delivery, and works with the CEO and a small team of freelancers closely. This person will not manage direct reports, but they will help coordinate work across freelancers and will be an important part of Audiction’s growth. The goal is for this role to take ownership of client marketing execution so the Growth & Strategy Manager has more capacity to support business development and company growth.

Pay: $4,310,136.00 - $5,746,848.00 per month
