The Challenge
datashake is a scrappy SEO/GEO startup (80 people) building the tools and talent to dominate search. You'll own client acquisition strategies while learning from senior consultants and helping scale their SEO practice from the ground up.
Your Mission
Complete datashake's SEO/GEO training program and master their proprietary tools and frameworks
Deliver 3-4 full SEO/GEO audits (technical, semantic, competitive) for clients with clear action plans
Own weekly client calls and reporting for 2-3 assigned accounts, demonstrating clear impact metrics
Identify and document 1-2 process improvements or tooling gaps to streamline consultant workflows
Become the go-to consultant for 4-6 core clients with repeatable quarterly strategy and performance cycles
Build and present data-driven SEO recommendations that increase client organic traffic by avg 25-40%
Lead 2-3 cross-functional projects coordinating dev agencies, content creators, and ad networks
Contribute to scaling the SEO/GEO entity—mentor junior hire or systematize audit/reporting processes
