The Challenge
datashake is a lean 80-person SEO/GEO specialist startup punching above its weight in technical search. You'll own client relationships end-to-end while getting hands-on with audits, strategy, and real performance reporting.
Your Mission
Complete datashake's SEO/GEO training program and master their proprietary tools and methodology
Take ownership of 2-3 client accounts, delivering initial audit reports and strategy recommendations
Establish weekly reporting cadence with assigned clients; demonstrate impact on organic traffic/rankings
Shadow senior consultants on client calls, pitch meetings, and project kickoffs
Manage full project lifecycle for 4-5 clients: audits, strategy, execution oversight, performance reporting
Identify and own one 20% project (business dev, recruiting, product development, internal processes)
Build reputation as go-to expert; lead at least one technical training session for the team
Deliver measurable results: clients hitting agreed KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions)
