The Challenge

datashake is a lean 80-person SEO/GEO specialist startup punching above its weight in technical search. You'll own client relationships end-to-end while getting hands-on with audits, strategy, and real performance reporting.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete datashake's SEO/GEO training program and master their proprietary tools and methodology

2

Take ownership of 2-3 client accounts, delivering initial audit reports and strategy recommendations

3

Establish weekly reporting cadence with assigned clients; demonstrate impact on organic traffic/rankings

4

Shadow senior consultants on client calls, pitch meetings, and project kickoffs

By 6 Months
1

Manage full project lifecycle for 4-5 clients: audits, strategy, execution oversight, performance reporting

2

Identify and own one 20% project (business dev, recruiting, product development, internal processes)

3

Build reputation as go-to expert; lead at least one technical training session for the team

4

Deliver measurable results: clients hitting agreed KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions)

Monitor month-over-month improvements in client organic traffic; tie to your audit recommendations.

Measure keyword positions in top 3/top 10 before and after your strategy implementation.

Project Delivery On-Time

Deliver audits, reports, and strategy docs on schedule; internal reliability metric.
