The Challenge
datashake is a lean, ambitious SEO/GEO specialist startup (80 people) scaling its consulting practice. You'll own client relationships, design SEO/GEO strategies, and directly shape how the company grows its service offering-with real training and real impact from day one.
Your Mission
Complete datashake's SEO/GEO certification program and own 2-3 client audits end-to-end (technical, semantic, authority)
Establish weekly client reporting cadence and demonstrate measurable traffic/ranking improvements for assigned accounts
Collaborate on 5+ project briefs with dev agencies and content creators, proving you can translate client needs into actionable roadmaps
Identify and document 10+ algorithm changes or tool updates relevant to datashake's service delivery
Independently manage 4-6 active client relationships with >90% satisfaction scores and zero churn
Develop and present a scalable SEO/GEO service template that reduces audit time by 20% and improves deliverable quality
Own a 20% project (business development, hiring, training, or comms) that adds measurable value to the SEO/GEO unit
Build a competitive positioning analysis comparing datashake's SEO/GEO offering vs. 5 direct competitors
